Items will be sent as quick as possible after the placing of the order.

Standard items (e.g. cup or keyhanger) will be sent within two weekdays. You must expect a longer delivery time with special produced items (e.g. player jerseys with name and number).

Delivery will be with GLS.

Delivery of items from Odense Håndbold is considered done, when you have had the package handed to you.

In case an item cannot be delivered Odense Håndbold will contact you within five weekdays.

Items can also be picked up at the first arriving home game or at Odense Håndbold’s office after further arrangement.

Right of withdrawal come into force from the day you receive the item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to special produced items – e.g. player jerseys with printed name and number.

If you regret your purchase, Odense Håndbold must be informed on this no later than 14 days from the receiving of the item.

You have a duty to return the item in the same condition and quantity as received. Furthermore you are responsible for the costs that is connected with the returning yourself.

Odense Håndbold must be oriented about possible flaws or faults with the items in reasonable time after you have discovered the flaw.

It is your duty to state and, if requested, show what the flaw or fault is.

You can only complain about flaws and faults that occur no later than two years after the item is received.

For items with limited durability your chance for complaining is limited by the period of durability that Odense Håndbold has counted on. Your right of complaint is not valid with special produced items – e.g. player jerseys with printed name and number.

It is possible to pay with credit card and other stated payment methods in Odense Håndbold’s web shop. All prices are taxes included but without delivery charges and expedition.

The payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item has been sent from our storage.

Odense Håndbold take precautions for errors in print, price, tax changes and failure in delivery.

Arrangements about purchase of items from Odense Håndbold is considered final when the order of confirmation has been sent.
